  • Do you ship to addresses outside New Zealand?
    Yes we do â although we reserve the right to not deliver to some countries. International parcels are sent using New Zealand Post's International Air service. The maximum weight that may be delivered is 20 kgs (subject to a maximum length + girth restriction of 2m and a maximum length of any side restriction of 1.05m). Delivery to key destinations takes approximately one to two weeks.

  • Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

  • Can I return the product if I am not happy with it?
    R&R Sport has a '30-day no questions asked' returns policy on all non-sale items sold via this website. The 30-day period begins from the date of purchase. Items returned within this period can either be exchanged or credited. The item(s) must be returned in an 'as new' condition with all packaging, ticketing and labeling.
