R&R Sport has a '30-day no questions asked' returns policy on all non-sale items sold via this website. The 30-day period begins from the date of purchase. Items returned within this period can either be exchanged or credited. The item(s) must be returned in an 'as new' condition with all packaging, ticketing and labeling.

No. R&R Sport have a large selection of the best know brands and it is simply not possible to offer a catalogue for our ever changing product range. We do however have 9 stores nationwide that you can visit to see our range of products. We do however, have all of our core/key products available online.
Yes we do – although we reserve the right to not deliver to some countries. International parcels are sent using New Zealand Post's International Air service. The maximum weight that may be delivered is 20 kgs (subject to a maximum length + girth restriction of 2m and a maximum length of any side restriction of 1.05m). Delivery to key destinations takes approximately one to two weeks.

Currently R&R Sport will not ship internet orders to a PO Box or private bag address. This is because we require all deliveries to be signed for. Alternatively we can arrange for you to collect the goods at your local R&R Sport store.

When we receive your order, our aim is to dispatch it the next working day (Monday to Friday). Within New Zealand, deliveries are sent via Courier Post using their signature required service. Delivery can take 1 to 3 days between islands and is dependant on Courier Post offering their usual prompt service. Some isolated regions may require additional delivery time. If this is the case for your area we will notify you of this prior to processing your order.
Yes it it is safe to shop online with R&R Sport. The R&R Sport website operates on SSL secure ordering system. SSL technology, which encrypts (scrambles) your information whenever we are receiving or transferring your details on our site. When making an online purchase a small padlock symbol will appear on your screen. This indicates that the SSL security system is operating throughout your transaction. This encrypting ensures that your details can not be read by, or altered by outside influences.
You can submit your details including credit card numbers with confidence. We ask that the credit card provided is that of the same person who is ordering the products.
If you still feel uncomfortable about submitting your details, this is not a problem. Contact us and we can get your details some other way such as by fax (+64) 3 477 0816, phone (+64) 3474 1211 0800 RRSPORT, or go into your local R&R Sport store so they can assist you.
We currently accept Visa, Master Card and American Express for all orders.
If your article fails to arrive within 4 days of delivery date (within New Zealand) or 10 days of delivery date (if sent overseas), please notify R&R Sport immediately on website@rrsport.co.nz or +64 3-474-1211. There is only a small window of opportunity for us to be able to claim for missing parcels. Failure to notify us in the above time frames may result in no refund.

Because our staff use the gear they sell, they really can speak from experience. Through the use of the products we sell our staff have built extensive product knowledge. We also have an ongoing and extensive product training schedule for the staff – to ensure they are up to speed with the latest technology and can give you the right advice. Our staff have assisted us in the writing of the website information and help pages. We regularly refer to the ‘expert' within the store to answer your online questions, so you can be assured that when you buy from R&R Sport we are selling you the same products we use ourselves !
