I like the ability to leave the bottom of the rack attached to the toe ball, but take the top section off at the blue bolt so you can still get into the boot of your car.
Great for most bikes, but i agree dont use it with carbon frames.

Easy to install and easy to use... no bungees to mess around with either. I don't recommend this for carbon frames tho... clamps and carbon don't get on very well.
