Well what can we say about Duncan, he is the store mascot. Always has an opinion on any subject, but is genuinely keen to make your outdoor experience the best it can be. A master ski boot fitter there isn't to many feet he cant fit. Duncan is a keen back country skier and telemarker, and in the summer spends his time camping with his family. He has been known to spend some time on the mountain bike also doing night rides.

In house bike mechanic. Keen as rasberries to help you with any bike dramas. Also has great local biking knowledge. Come in for a yarn but be prepared to have your ear bent on the local trails.

Store manager. Old school multi sporter. Done most things badly but loves to get out and smash him self. First love is biking especially endurance distance road but is also a keen back country skier and has been known to pitch the his HQ tent in the summer and relax with the family . Spreads his time between our two Christchurch stores.

JoJo Tayelor
Hey guys! I've been at R&R for 8 years. I was the former Hamilton Assistant manager and am now assistant manager in CHCH . I made the move down to CHCH to be closer to biking and snow. I am a keen MTBer, snowboarder, surfer and wakeboard when I can. I absolutely love the outdoors and any activity that can be done it it. I am always keen to try new things. Next on my list is climbing and improving on my slack line skills. I have lived all over the world but NZ is definitely the pic of the bunch. See you out there!

Nick Birkhead
You'll find me in the bicycle side of R&R Christchurch. I've always had a passion for riding, and can help with anything bike related from road race bikes to DH rigs. I specialize mainly in gravity based riding, and race DH and Enduro during the summer and snowboard during the winter. I'm also finishing up an Economics and Finance degree at UC. If I'm not working you can often see me around the Port Hills or local tracks, and I'm always keen for a yarn!

Nick Lawry
Hey guys I'm Nick! - Graduate geologist by trade, retail warrior on Saturday's in the CHCH main store. I'm a passionate skier, mountain biker and photographer, and have an interest in pretty much anything Red Bull or GoPro would sponsor. I have also been known to dabble in a bit of rock climbing from time to time. Being Christchurch born and raised, I love what our backyard has to offer and am always keen to get out amongst it! See you out there!

Nydia Castle
I started my R&R journey as a part-timer in the Dunedin store to complement my seasonal work as an outdoor guide with the local company Wild Earth Adventures. I took some time away teaching skiing in Canada and at Turoa before arriving in Christchurch where I joined the R&R team here. I am now the stock processor for the store, working frantically behind the scenes, but I can usually find an excuse to get onto the shop floor and give people a hand! I love to get out in the hills whenever I can. Whether it's skiing, tramping or biking, I'm keen to get amongst it!

Rufus Wenlock
Mountain biking has been my main passion for a good number of years now having having worked in the industry all over the world. I've tried it all from XC to DH racing here and overseas. I try to have something to do for all seasons and weather conditions including skiing, surfing and speed flying.

The man of many talents but will always claim to have non. Super keen back country snowboarder but still doing the old school hard way, maybe we will convince him to get a split board one day. This guy has the knowledge and know how in all departments in the store but his passion is the snow and surf. Just ask and rusty will show the sights either in the mountains or on the water and he is always up for a beer or 5 after.

Suse Tidmarsh
I made the move last October from the "Big Smoke" of Auckland's Krd store to the outdoor paradise of Christchurch. The outdoors lifestyle bought down here whether it be mountain biking (well any form of biking that is), surfing, skiing, hiking. I love to try anything. Exploring and new adventures. I have a passion for the natural environment around me and the life that lives on it (yes, i am a bit of a greenie but don't hold that against me). I am a very proud New Zealander. Extensive travelling around the world over many years has reinforced my appreciation of what we have here. You will mainly find me in the bike store but i am over in the main store every so often. I like to mix it up a little!
